Care Committee
Our Care Committee consists of congregation members plus the Worship team. Our main job is to provide loving care for the entire congregation, especially in times of need. These include: birth of a baby, passing of a family member, or illness.
The Care Committee provide assistance in the following ways:
Providing food and transport.
Visits to the family and/or individual.
Serving tea and coffee at, and helping clean up after funerals.
Helping Dad and other children, and giving Mum rest time when she arrives home with the new baby.
In addition, we try to appoint a special carer for each family who may choose to visit you at home or try to contact you after church to check that all is well with you and your family.

Community Life Committee
The Community Life Committee organises events and gatherings to promote fellowship and friendship within Wesley. Events range in type and size, and we endeavour to cater to a wide age group for each one. We are always looking for people to help out at events. Tasks may include setting and packing up, catering, food preparation and cooking, serving, light cleaning, promotion and ticket sales. If you are interested in being a helper for the Community Life Committee, please contact the Church Office on 5229 8866. We are a very welcoming group and are always looking for new members to join us for a chat.
Justice and Mission Task Group
This committee’s responsibilities are to provide leadership and recommendations to Church Council regarding outreach projects, allocations and donations, and to give consideration to the congregation’s longer-term mission/outreach directions and initiatives. This group is always open to new members. We currently have about 11 members and meet on Tuesday evenings once every two months, or as needed. Worship Committee
Our worship committee meets bi-monthly to plan for special services and to respond to requests from the Church Council.
